Talonario generates commercial documents as PDFs. It is not a tax filing system and does not issue documents with any legal tax standing.
What this service is
Talonario is a tool for building invoices, quotes and delivery notes, and downloading them as PDFs. It makes a document; that’s all.
The important part: this is not tax filing
The documents this tool generates are NOT tax records. They have no legal standing with any tax agency in any country. They are not filed with any authority.
If you need to issue an invoice with legal tax standing, you have to do it through the appropriate tax system. Using this tool does not release you from any tax obligation.
Your responsibility
- The data you enter is yours, and it’s on you that it’s correct.
- It’s on you to meet the tax and legal obligations of your trade.
- Don’t use the service to issue false or misleading documents.
The service is provided as is
We do our best to keep it working, but we don’t guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We’re not liable for losses arising from its use.
